STRESS.

Starts Tomorrow

A brand new semester starts tomorrow, no more late nights, no more parties no more hanging outs. This semester is going to be tough i assume. It's a deadly semester where C and C++ language, electric circuits, circuit design come in.

Went out with Kris and Alex for a movie just now. it was raining like how it was in Malaysia. 3 degrees with rain drops and cold winds. 3 of us had our breakfast/lunch/dinner at nandos before the movie. finished up 2 chickens and a seriously huge chips. And headed of to Cinema 11 for The Dark Knight. Was seated on the 2nd row, no more tickets. Neck was aching all the time. The movie was alright, everything was cramped into a bloody 2 and a quarter minutes. Everything was alright except for the lamborghini part. =(
Alright, got to sleep now.

Need to adapt to the new waking up time as soon as possible. No more jokes, serious shits coming up.

Cousin’s Birthday

Things have been going pretty slow nowadays. This winter holiday is getting me no where. The job at domino’s pizza is going well. At least i got something to fill up my time. Not that bad after all. Have been spending time playing board and computer games over the past few weekends with kris and darren.

it was my cousin’s birthday. went to shop for a present for her the day before it. Couldn’t really find something really nice, just a simple jacket. 5.30pm, my cousin and her bf picked us up and drove us to St Kilda for dinner. Was supposed to have steak but it was too packed. Instead, we had seafood at some spanish? Middle East? Asian? restaurant. Opened up a bottle of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2007 white wine to go with the wonderful seafood dinner.

The dinner was really fine. The seafood was really well done. The wine was good as well. Even a person like me who dislikes seafood (don’t really eat) can give a thumb up for the crab meat and stingray.

After the dinner, we went to my cousin’s friend’s house for a party. Her friend gave out her apartment for the party. hahaha. Had lots of fun of course. Played indian poker, texas hold’em and a game which i have no idea where i thought of.

Boredom

Hello people. I have just done with my exams yesterday. Nothing special actually, a couple of my friends have already went back to Malaysia, while me, kris and weimen have to stay here for the cold winter. =) Was looking for jobs online, couldn't find any, stopped by domino's pizza to grab an application form yesterday. Handed in today and i was being so lucky to met the manager there, he told me that i have to attend a trial tmrw at 5pm! hahaha. oh well, i think the pay is just around 12 dollars but its better than nothing.

Things to do during the winter break:
1. Find a job.
2. Build up my stamina together with Mr. Krisson Tay.
3. Since i am so bored, i think i might make a new skin for my blog.
4. Finish up the movies i downloaded earlier on.
5. Catch up with some friends.

It's just a very brief update about what i was doing and what i am doing currently. not in the mood to blog. haha

Things have been passing very fast, the starting of the semester was like a week ago. Now it has already ended. Made pretty much friends, got close, spent time together, had wonderful moments together. Now, it's time to prepare for the exam. Looking forward to a wonderful second semester :)

"Your parcel is here!" my cousin told me that after she got home from work, i wasn't expecting that as i went the post office to ask about my parcel. The post office told me my parcel got sent back to Penang as the address was an unknown address. After waiting for a bloody 18 days, the parcel from my dad is finally here. A tracksuit, a jacket and a pair of shoes. =)

Unfortunate things have been happening on me lately. Lets hope this is the turning point of my luck!

Fast - paced

Everything has been going on a very fast pace, university life is not as fun as you imagine, time
given to complete something is simply too short, tests and quizzes here and there.

Struggling with time and try to juggle time smartly.

Brighton Beach

HELLO people. Finally, after weeks of exams and assignments, there's a 3 day weekend. Seok fang and mates called, wanna meet up with us. Woke up at 12.10, Shyan Jing texted me, got up, rushed there. Met up with wei men halfway. Spent 20minutes to search for a restaurant with the name "red ant" - direct chinese translation from english. Went to hungry jacks after that, had burger and fries. talked and did some catch-ups with my old friends. We decided to go to a beach to relax ourselves. And sorry Alex and Kris, we couldn't ask you because it was so random and we were in a rush. :[ cheers Waited 15mintues for the train, there wasn't much people on the train as it's a public holiday today. Anzac Day. The train was traveling at i think 60km/h, very very very slow. Took us almost 30-40 minutes to Brighton Beach.

The beach was alright, at least it looks like a beach. Heh. We were quite dissapointed, as there wasn't much on the beach. We were told there are little colourful houses by the sea. We decided to walk further down, as we walk further along the beach, the beauty of the beach slowly turned up. Beautiful rocks, beautiful plants, beautiful scenes. ;]


Had an hour walk along the beach, from the very far end until the another end of the beach. not really the end but that was the end of those pretty little colourful houses i mentioned. It was a very very long journey back to the train station.

After a hectic week, a peaceful afternoon by the beach really gave a new fresh breath. Got tired, refreshed, and i am soon to start off another busy busy week next week. University life is tough. ;[ don't have time for everything, only part of it.

Haircut

My hair was long. it's pretty untidy, was about to let  my hair grow into a Negro's hair. haha. Afro. lol. but......

My cousin was complaining that my hair was too messy and too long. She wanted me to go for a haircut. Since so, okay la, anything. Booked the usual hairdresser my cousin goes to every time in Kairos, a korean saloon. ;] Had bookings at 12pm and 12.30 pm. Mine was at 12 and my cousin's was at 12.30. The hairdresser's name is Jang Hee, a korean girl of course. Kairos is pretty nice, with korean music surrounding the saloon.

Firstly, i was asked by another korean girl to have my hair wash. Nothing much, washed my hair, got up and headed to the hairdresser's chair i supposed. haha. Jang hee was good, a korean who has been working in Kairos for 3 years. her hands were pretty fast, fast. Don't know what she was doing to my hair also. ;] Cut for like 15 minutes? then after that i was asked to go for a hairwash again. So i ma pi lor, washed, i thought everything ended there, but it wasn't just there. I had to go back to the seat, and somehow let the girl to dry up my hair, trimmed a little bit more. Waxed my hair, and DONE. A new hair style! haha. Jang hee told me i have to put on wax in order to look good and neat. ;] she's good. ah well, i look like a korean now i guess. HAHA. Like wat Lawrence Yap told me, 'KOREAN WIND MA'.... ahaha. ;]  oh, and the haircut was 25 AUD. ;[ expensive..

Whee

Hello people. Was suffering from diarrhea last week. I'm feeling better now and i am back to my normal diet. So happy. ;] After a couple of exams, i am finally done for the week. there's still one next week. haha. Went to Sydney Road for indian food now. it's aunthetic malaysian indian food. i guess. it has been months since i last eat indian food! can die wei. ;] my favourite is indian food..... hahahah. ah well, finally. . Had chicken murtabak, which was 7 AUD. The plain roti canai costed about 3 AUD. which was like 15times the price of one roti back in Malaysia. haha. The curry was alright, not bad. the murtabak was pretty different from the ones in malaysia, not as wet as those back in penang.

Slept early, got up at 2am, to poo. Aaaaah, its so suffering. lau and lau and lau. It's 3 and i just went to the toilet again! Seriously need to mind what food i am eating. Asked rachel how to cook porridge, might cook myself porridge tmrw. Or just biscuit. No dairy products, no oily stuffs! tat was wat i had a few hours ago and a day ago! have been passing loose motion for the past 3 days. Oh, auntie lim dropped by to visit me just now, with her daughter. To see whether i am ok or not, so nice of her. and thank her for the biscuits! sigh

Gusts

The wind was blowing at more than 100km/hour today. Was expected to be windy but not as strong as this one. I was pretty sick yesterday. Had a slight headache and went to bed early. Felt uneasy and hot and woke up at 1.38am to get myself two panadols. Went to the toilet very often as well. Attended maths lecture at 8.30, was still pretty conscious. Heh. Went back home after that, just for toilet. Grabbed the money suting returned and i left to NAB. Deposited the cash and off i departed to Swanston Library to continue my studies. Had an hour of study on physics and left to attend the last lecture of the day. Was so tired by then. Couldn't really concentrate. Went home as soon as possible after that, gusts of winds were blowing. Stronger than u can expected in Melbourne. U had to push urself hard to move forward, and you will walk like an ant who's excited, hardly in a straight line. Had a conversation with some Australian who told me that the radio reported that a lady was blown off her feets. Imagine.

Got home, settled my bags and i had my nap. Left the window open to let some fresh air in. rattling sounds of the shades and the strong gushing sounds were so constant, to be precisely never stop.  The skies were brown in colour, the normal horizon which is blue is now in brown. Dusts have already taken their places in the air. It's gonna be dusty later in the day. Several locations had power breakdowns, offices and even Monash Caufield. Hopefully there are power-breakdowns in RMIT as well. teehee. Lab at 5.30, chaoz.

Sunday

It's a Sunday again. stayed home the whole day. Finished one of my assignments. Slept and then cleaned up the apartment. Vacuumed. Alex called, asked us out for dinner. Rushed there, i was late and everybody was waiting for me. Oh, we were catching a train to Camberwell for dinner. Italian!

Waited for 35minutes for the train, Shaw Jhee's friends were with us as well. Don't really know them. teehee. sorry. xD After 20minutes, we reached our destination. We have been hitting Shaw Jhee's ass throughout the journey. Ouch, painful! haha.

Headed to an Italian restaurant called Sophia's which is just a short 5minutes walk from the train station. It was really a huge restaurant with sooooooo many tables. We were divided into two tables, as in we ordered by tables. My table, Alex, kris, weimen, vincent, me, shaw jhee and me. We had fried calamari, Sophia's pasta, spaghetti carbonara, Mushrooms and Margeritha. Had latte. Was seriously in need for coffee. lol. The food was awesome, but the Mushrooms and Sophia's weren't that good. tak bagus. Each table ordered ice cream after that. 6 of us shared one. It was pretty huge. it's not bad for the price we paid for the ice cream. Only 6.90. Oh and yes, Mr. Tay paid for the ice cream. :] The restaurant was kind enough to give us a box of marshmallow chocolates and little easter eggs. They gave us a box. Tat was really alot. Shaw's friends gave some to the kids we met on the way back. :]

Went to Lincoln Square after that, talked for a while then everybody went home already. Nothing much. :] ah, didn't really take much pictures. only 3. :] and oh, it's the day where the Big 4 of the EPL meet again. Arsenal vs Chelsea, Man Utd vs Liverpool. Go arsenal go!
